Test technology
Flattening test
The experiment makes the welding part flattening deformation under to check its strength. If the samples withstand deformation without cracks , then qualified.
Non destructive test
For industrial corrosion resistant stainless steel tube, do X-ray flaw detection test ,to make sure dense pore-free ,guarantee no micro crack ect.
Chenical analysis
Doing chemical analysis for the welding pipe raw material and adding material, to male sure it comply with standard .
Corrosion test
Industrial corrosion resistant stainless steel tube, with the corrosion method of standard or mutual agreement, after pipe and weld intergranular corrosion inspection, shall not have intergranular corrosion inclination.
Flanging test
After flanging of test specimen, whether in the welding part or in the base metal no cracks.
Hydrostatic test
Doing a series of hydraulic pressure test, under certain pressure and stipulated time, no leakage and no leakage for qualified.
Flarring test
The experiment extended the nozzle to the diameter of 1.2 times, flaring part no cracks.
